
Jan has worked in the recruitment industry for over 30 years and has experience of executive search consultancy and career consulting.
She has provided career guidance and coaching to managers and directors from a range of industries and across disciplines. She has run her own company and has also worked in-house with leading organisations such as B&Q; Allied Domecq; GE, BHS & Mothercare, partnering with their HR teams to deliver resourcing solutions and assist with skill assessments.
Her most recent experience has been with Highfield Human Solutions, initially delivering senior search assignments and later designing and delivering the 'OneStep' programmes. Her current focus is providing career transition services to employees in both the private and public sectors. Jan was appointed Managing Director in 2010.

Emma McDonnell has a degree in Sociology and has over 15 years experience as a Recruiter and Talent Management Consultant, having spent the majority of her career working with blue chip organisations on their people and hiring strategies. With a focus on innovative and focused approaches to the market, Emma is able to match people with organisations and people to roles within organisations with great effect.
She spent the majority of her career with Highfield Human Solutions and was instrumental in the development of their Search & Talent Management offering and prior to that had a brief stint as the Assistant Editor of OS/2 Pointers magazine.
More recently Emma has been providing innovative and effective support to individuals experiencing a career transition.

Ruth has over 20 years experience of working for commercial businesses, 15 of them in recruitment, both on the supply side and in-house with businesses such as Debenhams, DSG international and HSBC.
She has recruited for roles up to board level and has a great deal of experience in working with companies going through major change and restructuring, having led internal outplacement and redeployment programmes. Ruth has worked closely with line managers coaching them on how to recruit and select the best candidates.
Now working as a freelance consultant with corporate clients and suppliers to the recruitment industry, Ruth manages projects such as talent planning, coaching, headhunting senior executives and the implementation of new careers sites and recruitment systems.

Tracey is CIPD qualified and has over 25 years recruitment experience delivering recruitment campaigns and search assignments.
Her experience includes working with: CTA as a Consultant, conducting executive search both in the UK and globally; The Outsource Group, as Project Manager leading large scale recruitment projects to a range of clients; The Capita Group working on both central government and not for profit senior roles and Tribal Resourcing focussing on local government recruitment at Director and Chief Executive level.
Most recently Tracey has been working as a Consultant in partnership with SOLACE and Harvey Nash delivering executive search assignments to public sector clients; including Medway Council, Belfast City, County Down, Wokingham Borough Council and West Lothian.

Kirsten is a successful people development consultant, with 19 years experience in both medium and blue chip multi site operations including a number of years within a FTSE 100 Global organisation. Experience gained from a diversity of industries including financial services, insurance, retail, utilities, business services and education.
She has proven results in the delivery of transformational leadership and organisational cultural development. Together with substantial experience in people development, facilitation and commercial arenas.
She is a professional leader and motivator of others. A people champion highly regarded as innovative, creative and insightful with a strong ability to release tacit knowledge and ability in others creating independent leaders around her.

Mary has 25 years experience in both human resource management and recruitment working with both the public and private sector.
She has recruited for a wide range of public sector bodies including central government, NDPBs, NHS, local government and housing associations. She has also worked in three private sector organisations and during the rundown of UK manufacturing, provided career transition workshops to hundreds of employees as well as one to one coaching.
Her current focus is on executive coaching and career management and she is providing career transition services to employees in/from the following organisations: Hounslow PCT, Kent CC, Eastbourne BC, Crawley BC, Audit Commission, LB Waltham Forest, Liverpool City Council, London Borough of Sutton, Thrive Homes, South Norfolk District council.
Mary is a qualified psychometric tester, NLP Practitioner and has a Diploma in Coaching.

Kerry's background is Human Resources; she is a MCIPD and has focused most of her career for over 20 years in the specialist area of Learning and Development.
She has worked for a variety of Organisations; Engineering, FMCG, Telecommunications, Utilities and the Public Sector.
Throughout her career she has covered all aspects of learning and development with extensive experience of the complete development cycle from the identification of the training and development needs to the design and delivery of the appropriate solution, through to the evaluation and review of the development offered.
One of her key strengths is in the design and delivery of bespoke training solutions. In particular; management and leadership programmes, team development events and personal effectiveness and impact training.
She also has an Advanced Diploma in Performance coaching and is qualified to use psychometrics; Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step I and II. FiroB and the Strength Deployment Inventory.
